So, we built something better.
What Is Deploi AI?
Deploi AI is a generative AI-powered chatbot that understands page-level context. That means it knows where it is on your website and uses that information to deliver smarter responses.
Whether users are browsing a product page, reading a blog post, or reviewing pricing options, Deploi AI tailors its answers based on the content in front of them. It adapts to the page's purpose, helping users get relevant answers without having to repeat themselves or search elsewhere.
And yes, it can also handle broader questions across your entire site or offering.
Why We Built It
Too many chatbots treat every page the same. They rely on preloaded scripts or generic knowledge bases that force users into rigid workflows.
We wanted a chatbot that could:
- Answer questions in real time, with full awareness of the page the user is on
- Allow companies to easily configure the chatbot to be "on-brand"
- Use any preferred Gen AI model
- Be easily deployable across any site
- Be open source (to avoid vendor lock-in that plagues so many AI tools)

That means your team can clone it, adapt it, and deploy it on your own site with minimal overhead. You can even customize its prompts, UI, and behavior to align with your brand and your use case.
No lock-in. No contracts. Just better AI.

How It Works
Deploi AI uses the current page’s content as part of its prompt construction, giving it immediate access to what the user sees and cares about. It integrates with OpenAI’s GPT models (or your preferred provider) and is designed to be lightweight, fast, and extensible.
What makes this instance of Deploi AI even more powerful is how we integrated it with our Strapi-powered headless CMS. Inside our CMS, we built a flexible section where we can easily define how the chatbot should behave on a given page.
For example, on a blog post, we can give it extra context about the topic so it responds more intelligently. On a product page, we can adjust its tone or guide it to focus on specific features or benefits.
In simple terms, our team can shape how Deploi AI thinks, directly from the CMS, without touching a line of code. This gives content teams control while keeping the experience smart and consistent across the site.
Deploi AI currently lives on our blog. In fact, it's running right now on the very page you're reading.
