Globo Form Builder

Globo Form Builder is a Shopify app for building custom forms. A merchant designs the form in the app and the theme mounts it by identifier, so fields, validation and submissions live on the vendor's side while the page supplies the container and everything around it.

How We've Used It

Program and application pages are the case: trade program applications, ambassador signups, contact routing. One section renders either Shopify's native contact form or the vendor's mount, chosen per page, so a page whose form needs custom fields doesn't require a second section to be written. The surrounding content — benefits, qualification criteria, what happens after you apply — stays theme content a merchandiser edits, and the form is the only part of the page the vendor owns. That boundary is what keeps the page editable when the form changes.
