Caveats: Hydrogen and all Shopify origins, 2023 to 2026
- Detection relies on response headers, so Hydrogen on custom hosting is undercounted, and Next.js or Remix front ends on Shopify are not counted.
- The July 2024 crawl detected 2 Hydrogen origins, against 46 in January 2024 and 696 in January 2025. HTTP Archive's monthly series, in the same source, shows 1 or 2 Hydrogen origins in every crawl from April to August 2024 and 542 in September 2024, so the step up happened in a single month. The counts are shown as published, not adjusted, and the source gives no reason.
- Share is Hydrogen origins over all Shopify origins in the same crawl, computed by Deploi. An origin is a website address, not a store or a merchant.
- Only eight crawl months are held, not every month, so changes between readings are not shown.
