PageFly vs Shogun vs Replo vs GemPages: which one is actually best specifically for funnel-style landing pages?

Replo and GemPages win funnel work; PageFly and Shogun win page work. GemPages builds the post-purchase step natively and charges $10 per incremental $1,000 in upsell revenue above the first $1,000 (per GemPages, September 2026). Replo prices analytics and sessions into the product at $119 or $599 per month. Shogun sells A/B testing as a separate subscription.

What "funnel-style" has to mean before the comparison works

A funnel page is not a prettier landing page. It is a page judged on one number, rebuilt weekly, tested against a variant, and followed by an offer. That definition produces four criteria, and only four.

  1. Can you ship a variant without a developer?
  2. Does the builder measure the result, or do you export to something else?
  3. Does it own the post-purchase step, or does that need another app?
  4. What does the tenth page cost, in money and in page weight?

The four, on those criteria

The verdict, with the profile attached

Replo, for a team that tests every week and reads the numbers itself. Replo's entry tier includes "100K visitor sessions included" and "full analytics across all published pages," with Pro at 500,000 sessions (per replo.app, September 2026). Session-based pricing is unusual in this category and it is honest about what a funnel program actually consumes. The trade is a much smaller review base, about 190 on the App Store, and a starting price four to five times PageFly's.

GemPages, for a team whose funnel ends in a post-purchase offer. It is the only one of the four that owns that step. Two caveats decide whether that matters: offers fire only on standard card checkout, Shop Pay and PayPal Express, and not on Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay (per GemPages Help Center, September 2026); and the commission applies above the first $1,000 in upsell revenue on Optimize.

PageFly, for the highest page volume at the lowest price. Optimize at $39 a month with A/B testing included is the cheapest route to a testing habit, and PageFly carries the largest review base of the four. It does not do post-purchase and it does not do headless.

Shogun, for editorial and multi-store content rather than funnels. Its differentiators are content scheduling, global sections, custom CMS collections and cross-store content syncing on the Advanced tier at $499 a month. Those are publishing features. Charging separately for A/B testing puts it last on the criteria above, and its 2023 retreat from headless is a legitimate signal about where it invests.

When none of them is the answer

  • When the funnel is the same page every time with a different hero. That is one theme section with settings, built once.
  • When the tenth page is the problem. Page weight compounds across builders. If your landing pages are already slow, a fifth builder subscription does not fix a theme.
  • When the offer logic is the hard part. Cart-level and product-page cross-sell is a merchandising engine's job, not a page builder's.

The Deploi point of view

Our own position, from building on Shopify. Separate from the facts above.

  • Our take: Replo for testing tempo, GemPages for post-purchase, PageFly for volume at price, Shogun for editorial. That ranking inverts if your funnel has no offer step, in which case PageFly wins on cost and nothing is lost (Deploi position, September 2026).
  • What we’ve seen: The builder gets blamed for results that belong to the offer. A team switching from PageFly to GemPages to lift conversion is changing the tool that renders the page, not the argument on it. We ask for the last three variant tests before we discuss builders at all, and often the answer is that there were none, which is the actual finding.
  • Where we would buy rather than build: a weekly campaign cadence with no developer allocated. At that tempo any of these four pays for itself in the first month, and the right question becomes which one, not whether.
  • Where we disagree: Every four-way comparison in this category ranks on template count. Template count is the least predictive number on the page. The three that predict outcomes are testing cost, whether the post-purchase step is included, and what the builder does to your theme when you leave.
  • What this page adds: the funnel-specific criteria grid, the payment methods that silently disable GemPages post-purchase offers, and Replo's session-based pricing model.
