What's the real support-response time for Postscript compared to Klaviyo when an SMS campaign breaks mid-send?
Neither vendor publishes a measured response time for a send failing in progress, and we will not estimate one. Klaviyo states it offers email and live chat on all paid plans with no response-time commitment (help.klaviyo.com, September 2026). The only published number covering both is Shopify's certification floor: 30 minutes for critical requests (help.shopify.com, September 2026).
