Does GemPages' funnel builder support upsell/cross-sell offers natively, or do I still need a separate app like Rebuy?
GemPages covers the post-purchase step only, so a cart or product-page upsell still needs a separate app. GemPages allows up to two offers after payment completes, and excludes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay (per GemPages Help Center, September 2026). Rebuy works the cart, product page and search, which GemPages does not touch.
What's the real support-response time for Postscript compared to Klaviyo when an SMS campaign breaks mid-send?
Neither vendor publishes a measured response time for a send failing in progress, and we will not estimate one. Klaviyo states it offers email and live chat on all paid plans with no response-time commitment (help.klaviyo.com, September 2026). The only published number covering both is Shopify's certification floor: 30 minutes for critical requests (help.shopify.com, September 2026).

GemPages funnel pages build without a developer until you need an app GemPages has not integrated. At that point the documented path is pasting the app's own code into a Custom Code or Liquid element, which accepts "HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid" (per GemPages Help Center, September 2026). Uninstalling cleanly also means editing theme.liquid by hand.
